Tina Williams, our founder and Director of Care Quality and Client Safety, brings over fourteen years of experience in the United Kingdom's regulated care sector, where caregiver training and care quality are governed by standardized, inspectable national frameworks. That experience shaped how we think about quality: not as a marketing promise but as a system.

We knew there had to be a better way and True Dignity Care was born out of that belief.

Every caregiver we employ completes a structured competency-based training program covering client safety, safeguarding and vulnerable adult protection, professional communication, documentation, and incident management. We are currently completing our California Home Care Organization licensure ahead of launch in Orange County

We set out to build something different: a care service that families could truly trust, where the people receiving care have a voice in how it’s delivered, and where caregivers are treated as valued partners, not disposable labor.

Our vision is clear: to empower people to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, surrounded by the comforts and routines they cherish, while retaining control over their care. We want to redefine what families expect from home care — making respect, reliability, and transparency the standard, not the exception.
