What services do you provide?

We provide non-medical home care services, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, respite care, and specialized support for dementia, Alzheimer’s, and chronic conditions. Every care plan is tailored to the individual.

Are your caregivers trained and qualified?

Yes. All caregivers are registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry, fingerprinted, and background-checked. At True Dignity Care, we go further by providing extra training in dementia care, fall prevention, and chronic illness support — far beyond the state minimum.

Will we see the same caregiver each time?

Yes. With our Same Faces Promise, your loved one will be cared for by a small, consistent team they can get to know and trust. We believe continuity of care is essential for comfort and dignity.

What happens if a caregiver can’t make it?

We offer our Never Left Alone Guarantee. If a caregiver has an emergency or can’t attend a shift, we provide a trained backup within 2 hours.

How much does home care cost?

Our pricing is transparent, flexible, and competitive. Costs depend on the number of hours and type of care needed. We don’t lock families into long-term contracts, and there are no hidden fees for weekends, evenings, or holidays.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

We’re flexible. While many agencies require 4-hour minimums, we understand not every family needs that much support. We offer shorter visit options, as well as daily and overnight care.

How do you match caregivers with clients?

We carefully consider both care needs and personality fit. Families meet caregivers during the onboarding process to ensure the right match. Our goal is not just competent care, but a genuine connection.

How do families stay updated on care?

We provide transparent communication and real-time updates through our Family Portal. You’ll see check-ins, notes, and even photos — so you always know how your loved one is doing.

Can care be adjusted if needs change?

Yes. Care plans are flexible and can be adjusted at any time. If your loved one needs more or fewer hours, or additional types of support, we adapt quickly.

Do you provide overnight or 24/7 care?

Absolutely. We offer overnight support, live-in options, and 24/7 coverage for families who need around-the-clock peace of mind.

Do you provide Do you help families as well as clients?

Yes. Our goal is to support the whole family. We provide respite care so family caregivers can rest, run errands, or simply recharge, knowing their loved one is in safe, trusted hands.
